TG Index

The idea

A personal index of the media in Telegram channels, so a clip, a song or a file is found by searching instead of scrolling — and can be downloaded quickly from the same place.

Why it exists

The tool used before was slow: downloads crawled along one small piece at a time. This one asks Telegram for many pieces at once.

What it does

• —Browse every channel, and search across all of it by words
• —Covers every kind of media — video, audio, photos, documents, voice notes, animations, stickers
• —Filter by media type, sort the results, and page through them or jump straight to a page
• —Play a video in the page, or download it — downloads run in parallel pieces, so they are far faster
• —Copy a direct link to any item
• —A home page with stats and a feed of what was added recently
